Had a absolute pleasure dealing with Cavalier. They have the in-depth knowledge not only on their products but also the related experience how to deal with the council in preparing for the portable buildings.

We had a verbal contract to buy a site office and the contract was in the beginning stages of being drawn up. All parties (admin/sales rep and us) acknowledged in emails that we were in the process of purchasing the office. Received an email mid morning from admin asking us for some details to put on the contract. The Manager then sold it to someone else that afternoon! Leaving us in a serious predicament which has significantly affected my small business.Understandably upset I called the manager who was unapologetic about his actions & offered no resolution except to purchase another of his offices $3k higher in price. He said we didn’t have a contract “yet” and I’m the end suggested I get a degree in contract law if I wanted to play with the “big boys” and hung up, he was then unavailable to speak to apparently.Absolutely disgusting management. Rude, unapologetic and belittling. I did get “contract law” advice and we had everything on our side but the company marked all their site offices sold on the website and I don’t trust their business ethics so what’s the point going any further..... All I can do is warn others.... Buyer beware!! they will choose money over morals.
